Founding member of the Vienna Secession movement, alongside artists like Gustav Klimt and Koloman Moser, Kurzweil debuted this coloured woodcut image at their 14th exhibition in the iconic Secession Building in Vienna, shortly before he resigned from the organisation in 1903.
